Our Pastor:
Pastor Cory and Janette Shipley came in 1997 from Springfield, Missouri. Originally from Oklahoma, he shows a strong love for the Word of God. He preaches with passion and down-to-earth illustrations to help you live by the pages of the Bible. He holds a Master’s of Divinity and has been in ministry since he was a teenager. His wife is a Registered Nurse and works occasionally at Cloud County Medical Center. They have three young children: Brianna, Caleb, and Isaac.

Our People:
The people of Victory Faith are examples of what God can do in a person’s life. For some, God brought them out of a life of alcohol and drug abuse. Others have been restored to their spouses and families. Still others have the testimony of a lifetime of living for Jesus Christ. Many have been healed of sickness and disease. Each of us have personal stories of how God changed our lives and how He continues to mature us in our spiritual walk. We invite you to join the Victory Faith family of friends so that you too can become a story of God’s handiwork!

Our Services:
What to Expect at Victory Faith:
You can expect a warm welcome and a cup of coffee when you arrive to our services. The music is contemporary using electronic keyboard, electric guitar and drums but you’ll find a love for hymns as well. You’ll enjoy the use of modern technology with missions videos, PowerPoint presentations, and frequent dramas. You will be able to join us in any song as the words are provided to you on the “big screen.” Dress casual (jeans are fine!) and join us!

Our Beliefs
In summary, we believe there is only ONE eternal God which exists in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is God in the form of a man and the Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God to man.

Because of Adam’s sin, all have become sinful and fallen out of fellowship with God. However, Jesus paid the death penalty for our sin on the cross and freely offers to restore that relationship. Restoration (salvation) is a gift that comes by faith through repentance. The Holy Spirit enables believers to live a holy life. The work of Christ on the cross also provides healing to our physical bodies.

We believe that spiritual gifts, including speaking in tongues and prophecy, are still available to all believers. We anxiously watch for Jesus Christ to appear to catch away true believers. Eventually, every person will be resurrected, the saved to receive everlasting life, and those who reject Jesus to everlasting damnation.

Support for the various programs of Victory Faith comes primarily through people like you. It comes from those who give 10% (tithe) of their income to the ministry of the gospel as the Bible tells us to (Malachi 3:10). If you attend a local church, that is where your tithe belongs!
